Accounts & Administration Officer - July 2024.

Reporting to the Group Accountant you will have responsibility for processing finance related matters, including Accounts Payable and Receivable, General Ledger and Account Reconciliation. In close collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer, you will also assist with the preparation of the monthly reports and provide commentary on financial performance of the organisation. This is a key financial role, with your primary responsibilities to include;

  • Accurate monthly reports including variance analysis

  • Accurate coding of accounts payable invoices

  • Input of all sales transactions

  • Accounts Payable/ Receivable

  • Payroll (casual and permanent employees)

  • Bank Reconciliations

  • Invoicing and,

  • AdHoc finance matters
